Late-breaking news: MaryT of Work of the Poet, Ruby Tuesday and Sepia Scenes has gifted me with an award today.
Being a recipient of this award affirms that this blog invests and believes in the Proximity – nearness in space, time and relationships.
As many of you already know, Mary is fun to blog with and her memes are a hoot to play. I must admit that I never noticed how much red there is out there until I started playing Ruby Tuesday! Sepia Scenes is more of a challenge because I try to post photos I think might be more old-timey looking. (It's not necessary...just something I like to do.) But challenges help one grow, right? Thanks, MaryT. I appreciate that.
Beautiful! My blood pressure just went down 10 points looking at the photo. :D
ReplyDeleteBucolic and beautiful! Makes me want to moo!
ReplyDeleteFelt like a scene in the sound of music. So peaceful. Great Shot.
ReplyDeleteThe grass is so green! Here, people stp wtering and it is all brown in many places. Nice pastoral scene or soem might say nice pasture. lol
ReplyDeleteLove the pasture photo, so peaceful feeling. Congrats on the award from Mary. She's a great gal. Bob and I had a chance to spend the day with her and Vinny, when we were in NYC in May.
ReplyDeleteThis shot reminds me of a time when I lived in Tennessee. The house was surrounded by such pastoral scenes. When sitting outside, all you could hear was the cows munching grass. Very peaceful.
ReplyDeleteYou don't see skyscrapers, I don't see wide fields with cows ;)
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful and peaceful!
A beautiful pastural scene!

what a serene sight! it is so relaxing and calming. Great shot!
ReplyDeletePasture-perfect!
ReplyDeleteI would love to hear Jacob moo. The rolling pastures are lovely, wouldn't it be nice just for a few days to live the slow life of a cow?
ReplyDeleteVery peaceful bucolic scene. And it's not raining! it's funny this summer with all the rain we've been getting too, we really embrace those days that are clear and sunny and try to make the most of them.
ReplyDeleteOh almost forgot, congrats on the award. You deserve it, always beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture. I love the hills caught with the cattle on them through out the picture. Congrats on your award. Have a great Sunday.
