Latch & Lock/ Macro Monday

Closeup of latch on inside door of St George's Anglican Church

Doesn't the latch appear to have been used many times over the past 130 years? Built in 1877, the year the railroad reached Jackson's Point, St. George's Anglican Church overlooks Lake Simcoe, a popular summer destination for Torontarians (people who live in Toronto).

    If we had a contest for the best photos of Anglican church doors, you'd have a lock on it!

    Mt. baker is 10,000ft. second highest (I think) in the state. Mt. Rainier is 14, 800 ft. So the big mts have snow all year round. MB
