  3. Fun shot. Yes, golf can be dangerous. I don't golf but those small missiles, called golf balls, can so a lot of damage.

  4. What a great way to stop the curious from wandering onto your property! Nothing like a "moat" of golf balls! Great shot!

  5. It is my understanding that this has been happening here in the states, too...farmers hard pressed to make ends meet turn their farms into a golf course.

In fact, I've played on one.

Great-looking barn. I'd imagine that's the pro shop, bar and restaurant.

Looks to be a beautiful golf course, too.

Yes, it's posted. Stay out! Or one of those little white thingys may find the side of your head - especially if I'm out their playing!

  6. I know about golf balls since I live on a golf course. However, we are far off of the fairway --so we get very few balls near our house. Occasionally, we'll find them in our yard though.

That's too bad that that beautiful farm has been turned into a golf course.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  11. I was told in a certain golf course, people ignore the danger sign to take a short cut across the golf course.

I like the big and little red barn.

  13. Hahaha! But you know, golf balls can be quite dangerous. There's a path we used to use when we walked our first dog, and it's right next to a public golf course. One time a friend of ours got hit in the head by a stray ball and it knocked him sideways. They can really hurt!

  17. This is a beautiful picture, but I'm not sure the danger sign is warranted, even though I had a window broken when I lived on a golf course in South Carolina! The sign may deter trespassers, however!
