  2. This reminds me of my trip to Canada in 2001... On our last day we visited Niagara-on-the-Lake and we walked down to Lake Ontario and there was a gazebo just like this... but it was the end of February/beginning of March so there was plenty of snow on the ground! It was a lovely trip and one I'd love to make again, so thanks for the reminder :)

  4. You really caught the sense of bleak coldness...reminds of so many lakes I've seen raked by cold winds...I get chilled just looking at this very attractive composition!

  7. Too cold for anyone to rest there? I took a photo here we call kiosk, it is wooden too, and is very famous because the queen came to rest here,

  8. Nifty shot! Love the architecture of that Gazebo!!!!! Enjoyed seeing the turbulant water through different sections fo the gazebo. I could almost feel a poem coming seeing that photo. . .
