    Ooh... hypnotic! You captured that at just the right time to get the stuff below the horizon before they get transformed into silhouettes. Silhouettes are great, but variety is the spice of life.

    Stunning color!

    In answer to your question about steadying my camera for the moon image - image stablization in my camera and my shoulder against the porch post. But, I took lots of shots over the course of two nights till I was satisfied. :)

    Good capture even if you did have to do it through the windshield.
    I know other drivers don't care for someone stopping in the middle of the road to shoot a sunset...lol
