Beautiful view of your frozen creek and nifty ruby tractor in the previous snowy photo too (though methinks that spreading manure isn't something I'd enjoy doing). Hugs and blessings,
Longing for days like that. . . at least it has been dry -- WITHOUT RAIn -- the past two days. One day of snowfall is like old man winter laughing at me. sigh
Looks cold to me! But just exactly what I would have loved when a kid.
Re sewing--EG, I quit making clothes for almost the same reason. That, plus I have put on weight till it is hard to fit myself...I would still make the occasional clothing item if not for that.
When Lorelei's mom was in 2 or 3 grade, she did not like the clothing offered kids her age, and I made her lots of skirts, etc for little cost. Of course, even then it was with fabric on sale...but you never find it really on sale much any more.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
no one is skating or fishing?
ReplyDeletebrrrr, it must be so cold. I read in brisbane, a square recorded 56 degrees.
All I could think of was the water looks like satin fabric in this photo.
