CHIPMUNK helping itself to birdseed
Er....excuse me! Are you trying to distract me from grabbing a tasty snack?
Face inside the feeder
Really, I think this CHIPMUNK would climb inside this feeder if only it could squeeze through the hole.
Cheeks filled, the CHIPPY makes its escape

ReplyDeleteYa know, I hate it when the squirrels come around...they ruin my feeders, but this little guy is so cute. Is he more gentle than the squirrels?

ReplyDeleteHe sure is a cute and clever bugger! It's the grey squirrels who really clean out the bird feeders!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! I miss chipmunks. I've never seen one here where I live in Texas, but we had them when I was growing up in NJ. Thanks for the memories.

ReplyDeleteTerrific photos but ever since chipmunks methodically went down my row of potatoes and took a bite out of each one, there has been no love lost...I would image most gardeners share this feeling :o)
