June 29/ Nature Notes

Seen at the edges of the forest this week

The largest square: white admiral butterfly. Moving clockwise: devil's paintbrush,  Canada anemone, dame's rocket. white admiral (again but this time with wings spread out) and milkweed

  8. Such lovely flowers. I just planted a bunch in my yard yesterday. The Superstore had such a good sale, I mightgo back and get some more. :)
