Corny Sunrise/ SkyWatch

Sunrise last Saturday

Five-thirty seems a bit early to get up on a Saturday but, but, but...the sky was promising a beautiful sunrise.

In memory of Klaus Peter, owner of the Sky Watch meme. May he rest in peace.

  5. Never to early to capture a beautiful sky photo. I like the way the corn is barely tinged with the orange as well.

  8. Oh, yum! This is superb. Love the way you composed it, too...the silo really spikes the picture!

I was wondering if corn should be knee-high by July 4, how high should it be on August 18? Rhetorical question. Unless, of course, you have the answer tucked away in your vast storehouse of knowledge...

  49. Hi there - thats a really great picture - I think we can try and hide functional aspects of landscape as we try to make everything look like a chocolate box cover - really like the farm buildings.

Weather in Tasmania is not always kind - have a look at "Obscured by Clouds" April 30th on "my other blog" for a different view of weather in Tas!
