Canoe Views

Paddlers out enjoying the autumn colours

Last Tuesday afternoon was a glorious day and many sightseers visiting Algonquin Provincial Park were out enjoying nature in rented canoes.

Meandering along the Opeongo River

The colour was considered past peak, but I thought it was still quite pretty.  (The leaves had just started to change where I live, a couple of hours south of the park.)

Pine amongst colourful leaves

  7. I love the canoe, lime green was my favorite color when I was a young girl. We did not seem to get any reds this fall, that happened the first year we lived here and that was a very wet summer, and this year we had a very wet spring.
