Although much of the region south of where I live is quite built up, a few farms remind passersby of what most of the area looked like not THAT long ago!
That's a heck of a barn compared to what I know from the part of Kansas where my wife grew up. The snow and pure color of the sky are a good compliment to each other.
It is so wonderful especially for someone who hasn't experienced winter yet. If you feel so cold, why not come over here first to the tropics, just like the migrating birds to divert the cold. When i see those thick snow, i somehow is grateful i was not born in a winter country.
