We've got similar floral arrangements and I've often been impressed at how beautiful they are. Fortunately, we do have some color in the "wild" here during the winter. :-)
I bought a few bouquets of daffodils last week at the market. I was disappointed as they didn't seem to last but a few day. The next time I'm at the market I will buy something different. I am almost ready for tulips on the kitchen table.
The grocery stores bouquets do look pretty with all the various colours in them. I have a couple of small poinsettias that just keep on going, but am feeling the urge to move them and pick up some tulips!
I'm nodding my head in agreement about the grocery store flowers. They certainly brighten up a glum winter day. I don't mind grocery shopping - find it kind of fun.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
they would certainly brighten your day
ReplyDeleteTempting, those bunches of flowers. I try to buy something in a pot so it can go in the garden later. Cyclamen being my choice at the moment.
