Red-Tailed Hawk

Red-tailed Hawk

Last Wednesday I was lucky to see this handsome red-tailed hawk sitting in a tree right above my head!  Isn't he handsome?  I took several photos before he'd had enough of me and flew away,

If you want to feel really old today, I have a bonus for YouTube video for you to watch about how today's kids react to "old" film cameras:

Take a deep breath and be prepared to smile or laugh!

I am linking to Saturday Critters HERE.

  2. HI EG Great capture of the Hawk. I watched the video and I laughed at it. It is amazing how things have moved on and the young have on idea how pictures where taken in our day.

The video was pretty funny. So many things that we used are now obsolete. It does make me feel old when I think about it.

  23. Oh, yeah, would love to get a shot of a hawk like that. Looks like one I might see stuffed in a museum instead of live on a tree.
