D/Alphabe-Thursday

 Decorated window

D is for Decorated

December is the darkest time of the year in the Northern Hemisphere so it sure is nice that so many people and businesses decorate their buildings and grounds with colourful decorations and lights.

  20. Aren't those pretty decorations! It is dark here in NW Wisconsin, which is why I leave our Christmas decorations up well into January (or beyond) just to cheer things up a bit. :-)

  29. We have a lot of people down here who do a lot of Xmas decorating, too. Probably came from up there. In fact, I did see an older woman from Ontario today driving a Ford SUV. She must have been listening to music 'cause her head was bobbing up and down!

We do have a wreath on our front door. It's pretty but needs more red, I think. Maybe next year.
