As averse as I am to bluejays and their hair-ripping ways, I have to admit that they are handsome creatures and that these are stunning captures. Especially the middle one, it's epic!!
We have lots of blue jays here but they never stay long enough in one place to get a photo - at least for me. Maybe all your snow slows them down. These are super shots.
Your captures of birds (and everything else) are so awesome -- always!! Talk about "up close and personal"!! Such mind blowing detail and such a beautiful way to start the day -- any day! Hope you and the birds have a great weekend!!
What a beautiful bird - the colours are stunning - our jays in the UK are quite colourful - they have quite a lot of pink markings - I will try and get a shot of one - Happy Valentines - Jane UK
Oh my, these are WONDERFUL! The flying shot is amazing, his wing tips are just touching the snow and the wings are fanned out so beautifully! And the first shot is so perfect, I love his eye! A splendid series!
Thanks for visiting my little corner of the world. I hope you enjoyed your stay here. Please leave a comment before you leave so I can visit your blog.
