On an angle facing the sidewalk (I think)
This is another recycled door, part of Streets Alive! Downtown Doors in Orillia. This door was recycled into art by Orillia artist Angie Fraser.
Backside, I think
Sorry about the glare and shadows, but I took these photos on a very bright morning.

What a creative and beautiful idea; love it!
ReplyDeleteVery creative and beautiful
ReplyDeleteSomehow I did miss the other doors EG so I was happy to go back and check them out. Door 28 is too fabulous, a little bit of Art Deco styling going on there!
ReplyDeleteThe Mount Washington Hotel has recycled windows lining the walls as picture frames. Pretty creative use of discarded windows.
ReplyDeleteNow this one I can really go for!
ReplyDeleteI love this door! Some people are so creative.
ReplyDeleteThat is just gorgeous! I could have that one in a house for sure.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and so colourful!
ReplyDeleteYour captures of these colorful, different doors are terrific!! Some people are indeed SO creative!! Thanks, as always, for sharing the beauty!! Hope your week is going well!! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I like the previous door you showed a bit more though.
ReplyDeleteLovely stained glass, I can imagine the light streaming through that. Takes me back to a visit to Costa Rica where our room had stained glass in the doors a Windows. Thanks EG.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful artwork.
ReplyDeleteInteresting style!
ReplyDeleteI think exactly like you. Fantastic doors that makes people happy. ☺
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of stained glass, EG!
ReplyDeleteThat looks a little bit like it's Native inspired!
ReplyDeleteso fun and whimsical!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fun way to display art.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the front of this one. (My favorite is still the one off behind it, the first one you showed us.) It looks like a cross between stained glass and metal art, though if your second shot was the backside I can't imagine that it's glass...?
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty nice eyeful of color. So unique, too.
ReplyDelete=)
I love, love, love these!
ReplyDelete(This one I am not crazy about, but I will just whisper that.)
