1. Walk (the pier at Port Whitby)
I do LOVE the challenge of a photo hunt and recently I discovered a once-a-month hunt hosted by Greenthumb HERE
2. Horizontal
This Kayak is on Cook's Bay, part of Lake Simcoe.
3. Square
Twist your head around and you can see the sign is a square but tipped with a 90° angle down.
4. Diversity
Red, orange and green, definitely not all the same
5. Rough
6. Bow
You are looking at the tug's bow.
7. Joy
Imagine the squirrel's joy at finding this peanut! Okay, if you cannot imagine that, how about MY joy at seeing this fun photo op!
8. Forgotten
OOPS! Someone left these sunglasses behind.
Something tasty has drawn a crowd of gulls.
10. Colourless
Well, almost colourless
11. Friendly
Need I say more?
12. Whatever I want
I am linking to Greenthumb's Scavenger Hunt HERE
Super series EG, love the sky and silhouette shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute squirrel pic!
ReplyDeleteI really like that people read 'bow' differently, so far I've seen a ribbon bow, someone take a bow, and the bow of a ship. I wonder if anyone will do bow and arrow...?
Loving the forgotten Sunglasses shot and those gulls remind me so much of the Hitchcock film 'The Birds!' The squirrel is cute as well of course.:)
ReplyDeleteGood morning, wonderful series of images. I love the cute bear and the gull shot. The last twe captures are favorites. Have a happy day!

ReplyDeleteA bit too much complicated for me, but you did great!
ReplyDeleteHow do you do that? It would take me months to find the right photos. Perhaps that's why I don't do these "scavenger" hunts. Very nice and you've proven again why you're the best!
ReplyDeleteWow! These are great photos you shared. I love the little squirrel. Have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel would be very happy!
ReplyDeleteThat must have taken a lot of work, EG! It was great fun to look at all your answer pics though!

ReplyDeleteWinner!
ReplyDeletePerfect interpretations. AND....loved the square where I had to turn my head...which I did. The bear, I hope it found its rightful owner.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't know what it is about sunglasses. I often find them left behind in places.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the kayaker. I hope to do that some day,

ReplyDeleteI like this- I'll have to try it soon. Love the last two shots...hope the teddy bear was recovered, too!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to our scavenger hunt! I thoroughly enjoyed your photos! Great joy shot of the squirrel ~ They are so hard to catch with a camera. I really loved the composition in horizontal and that you caught the square traffic sign reflected in a puddle. Happy hunting in September!
ReplyDeleteI really like them all...but love the one of your choice.
ReplyDeleteMy niece lost her stuffed bear one time...they realized it soon as they got home. Her mom turned right around and went back to town and there it was on top of the parking meter they were parked at! Talk about relief!
This looks like a fun meme and I like your choices. Great photos Tina.
ReplyDeleteTerrific, EG. It looks like a big effort to find subjects to represent all of these things.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the blue skies in Walk and the bucolic scene at the end of the post.
ReplyDeleteWelcome and thanks for taking part in this months scavenger hunt. I really like your photos of colourless, rough, crowd and squareGreenthumb
