Colour in the North

Emerging colour in Muskoka -  an hour or two north of East Gwillimbury

Colour is beginning to move its way towards south-central Ontario but late this year. Isn't it gorgeous?

  3. It's rapidly approaching. I think we're a long way from autumn yet but at least we're having cooler temperatures. Pretty soon you will have snow and we will still be waiting for the leaves to fall! I can wait a little bit longer if our fall turns out to be as pretty as yours!

  16. As the colour comes late, it is less than usual because winds have caused many leaves to drop.

  20. It looks wonderful up there, EG. We are also showing the start of a colorful autumn.

And, no, I didn't lie on my stomach. My camera has a wonderful swiveling LCD monitor that lets me put the camera near the floor and still see what I am aiming at and focusing on.
