Gingerbread Trim

 Shadows on Brick

I'm a big fan of the shadows gingerbread makes on older homes.

Longer view

This was likely a rather posh home at one time but now I believe it has been divided into apartments. The owner appears to be keeping the outside in pretty good condition.

I am linking to Shadow Shot Sunday 2 HERE.

  4. I have loved your captures of gingerbread shadows. Love the detail in the shadow that is less obvious in the real thing.

  8. When little, I thought the story of the Gingerbread boy rolling down the street was kinda scary.

  9. I love the trim and the tiny window makes me want to see what kind of room is behind it.

  11. I know you're a gingerbread person but it's been awhile since you've posted any of it so this is nice to see. And very beautiful!

  14. Lovely Victorian, the exquisite and complicated trim the best part. And in brick - the victorians in this area are as lovely, but none seem to have been clad in brick. Nice to see its exterior maintained so nicely :)
