Over Rolling Hills/ Sky Watch

The sun sets an hour earlier now that the clocks have been turned back

It has taken me a few days to get used to eating our evening meal in the dark. And the sunrise seems way too early!

Exactly the way I feel too. You wouldn't think one hour would make so much difference.

Excellent shot of the rolling hills. MB

Must be special to see in person.

What a beautiful sky EG. I too am having the same problem. I really do NOT like this early darkness, But on the other hand I am an early morning person and welcome the early dawn.
Have a great day.

It was worth getting up for (I assume this is the early sunrise you were referring too)

As you know, I don't like the time change. I do like your photo tho.

I'm still adjusting to the time change. But I sure like the picture you've shared here.

What great depth this shot has!

I am going through comments I missed on my Photo Hunt and you asked which one of my daughters was in the striped tights. That would be the youngest, Kate! She is my ballerina.

I have been lucky in being able to see the sun rise a few mornings this week... and then set ... the light as be very good and at time the olours of the sky have equaled the trees for beauty... you have capture that beauty here..

Tom
I have not done a Sky Watch post this week as I am showing a series of posts from a local woodland.

Beautiful SkyWatch picture, EG... The clouds just seem to 'make' that picture, don't they?
Hugs,

Excellent composition. Not only the sky is beatiful, but the tree in the foreground adds the third dimension

Although we turned the clocks back almost two weeks ago, I'm still wondering why it's so dark well before I leave ze office! Lovely photo.

And here I was thinking that the extra hour in the mornings gave me more time for photos!
I love this sunset, though! The molten gold of the clourds near the horizon is wonderful!

By the time your body gets acclimated to the earlier day, it will be time to change clocks back again.

Truly beautiful colors!

EG, that is lovely! Nice shot. I love jumping ahead in the spring but I hate falling back in the fall.
