East Holland River

Wednesday on the East Holland River, Newmarket

It's starting to look and feel a bit like spring in south central Ontario.

 Another view of the river

Not too many lambs and daffodils yet, but if you say it feels like spring.....

When I can see snow, it still looks a bit chilly to me, but they are both beautiful shots!

The river feels quite serene. And it is feeling more spring like.

Isn't it wonderful?! We are a bit frozen still, but good to see progress!
Every day a bit more snow melts... there is much hope!

I'm glad that spring is finally heading our way. Love the reflections here. But I gotta say it looks more like fall to me! :)

Re your comment about the milk truck: I'm not sure it made it around that corner without having to back up and try again from another angle. :)

Beautiful photos. It must be nice to see the snow and ice leaving the fields and rivers. I hope you have a nice weekend.

So beautiful. Ms. Spring is just around the bend. Would love to see that view in each season (a future project for you).

I like the brownish color of the water, it gives sepia tones to the snow, and the blue of the sky looks brighter... Nice capture.

I really like the reflections you've captured in the river.

These are so pretty, EG. Until I saw the nice blue skies, it looked like sepia.
