Crabapple blossoms

Upstate New York crabapple (Malus baccatta) trees were in bloom last weekend. Aren't these flowers beautiful?

  1. Crabapple trees are part of my childhood memories...climbing in a neighbor's yard to swipe one on the way to school...

  6. They are gorgeous, EG... We had a crabapple tree in our yard in Virginia when I was a child. Mom would make Crabapple Jellly... SO good. Haven't had any since leaving home.

  9. Love any Apple Blossom. Crab apple trees are the best pollinators for other apple trees.

My computer has been very crabby all day and it wasn't until this evening I could get out to see others blogs. MB
