Reflection/ Watery Wednesday

Autumn reflection in unknown pond up north

The leaves look a tad past peak but still colourful, don't you agree?

  15. This is definitely an autumn shot...the trees and their gorgeous reflection in the water. I would love to be sitting there either at sunrise or sunset with a good book and a glass of wine. I agree with the others that it looks like a beautiful painting.

  17. Lovely shot - still a lot of color. You mentioned that Toronto was in peak color and so are we so far south - with every 1000 feet of elevation it is like being 300 miles further north so at 4-6000 feet, we are more like 1200 miles further north than we actually are.

  19. Somehow the leaves still have that golden beauty even though they are past their prime. We're having the same here, and it won't be long now. The forecast for Thursday night is maybe s--w! :~(
