Spring... a fading memory/ Autumn's in the Air

It seems like the mountain ash in my yard was flowering a few days ago, but already the berries are ripening. In a few weeks the berries will begin to ferment and the local robins will greedily eat themselves silly.

You got those drops really fine - well done! There is something in the redness of these berries that always make the a good subject for a picture. I never tire of them.

Beautiful! The only autumn in my air is ragweed that is making me miserable!

I sure hope we have a pretty fall...it is really beginning to have that feel here. And at night--all the sounds are there that say fall is just around the corner.

Yes, we definitely have some leaves beginning to turn here. I love the change of seasons, and all the colors that entails... Your berries are very beautiful, especially with the water droplets on them. :)

Beautiful berries! I know we are going to have some more summer here but I can feel autumn in the air. My favorite season!
