Port Darlington/ Watery Wednesday

Reflection on ice

I'm hoping this is the LAST reflection on ice that I post till next autumn...but it's still winter and even in spring we have cold weather here.

I am linking to Watery Wednesday where you can find many more watery photos.

We are starting to see some bare ground here so I do know it's coming. Love this shot!

15 days with spring here in Denmark! There are flowers in the garden, a few birds are singing from early morning, but maybe we get a little snow later today :(

Great photo :-D

I'm interested in the "hole" there on the lower right. What? How?

For me it's so surprising and unusual to see ice so near the sea! Here it's raining since several days, unusual too for the riviera..As I said, spring wants to be desired this year!

Very pretty reflection. But I'm with you on being tired of ice and cold!

Wonderful shot. I love the hole in the ice just to let us know--yes, it is ice. LOL
All in all a nice picture. MB

I think you will be in a bikini by next weekend. (You can dream.)

I was going to say it still looks so cold there--I think the worst is behind us and for that I am thankful.

The ice on our rivers has about completely broken up. The ponds are still like this photo. I really like the way you framed this one! We're pretty much ready to see bare ground too.

This photo is an interesting blend of winter and summer: I see the ice, but it doesn't look very permanent. Summer is on its way.

Is that ice in the foreground (where the trees are reflected)? An amazing pic!

I love the smooth ice in the foreground contrasting with the choppy water in the background. Spring is soon to be here, even in Canada.

It is a lovely ice picture, but I understand your weariness of the cold. I'm hoping spring stays around here very soon!
