Disappearing Clouds/Sky Watch

From a ridge overlooking East Gwillimbury

A couple of Saturdays ago, the sky looked promising for a pretty sunset but the clouds were disappearing quickly, which is very common on very cold evenings. Luckily a few clouds stayed around long enough to catch the last rays of the sun.

A couple of minutes later

The color is amazing -- I'm glad you were able to stand the cold for a couple of minutes longer because it is lovely to see the changes from the first to the second.

Ah but you have the dusting of snow, the perfect dusting on the cake!

The colors are outstanding. Looks so cold. I played golf this morning and it was 80 degrees when we finished...sunny and windy!

So very beautiful!! The sun that gives us warm, both in temperature and colors! :)

Here we had snow over the two last days, but now it started to melt.. grey cloudy skies.. but.. the sun is now trying to get through! :D

I am glad a few clouds stayed to reflect the setting sun. Very pretty with the cold old snow in the foreground. MB
