Last day in February
For a few hours we lived in a winter wonderland. I had just enough time to take a few photos before much of the beauty melted.

Oh it sure did melt fast and you captured that moment perfectly. I did too. Those are the fleeting moments that if you are not paying attention vanish never to return:) You were paying attention, excellent. B
The beauty is ironic, tho. Too often it is followed by back-breaking and sometimes heart-stopping snow removal. I'll take the green rather than the white!!
A winter wonderland, indeed! We'd have liked to see just a little of the white stuff, but it wasn't to be this year.

Beautiful! That's a lot of snow to melt in a short time, but it's the only kind of snow we ever get and then it's rare.

P.S. A lot of the folks who ride motorcycles here have radios connecting them with hands-off headsets to they're conversing all the time.
