Hollyhocks in my garden. It has been a lovely summer for these old-fashioned favourites.
I'm playing around with double exposures. Well, actually it's a collage. The first layer is a light pink hollyhock. And the second is of red and dark pink hollyhocks reaching for the sky. (If you look closely, you can see the sky.)

Oh, am so impressed - this is am amazing double image.
One I'd want to frame.
I love that. what a cool idea. That is an award winning photo. Do you have a town fair? Enter it!!!! One of your best and you have many bests in my book.
Like blue--I am impressed. MB
Great work - like what you did with this picture
Very beautiful and unusual. I really like this!
Today is a real "Wow!" WOW! I love this! I love old-fashioned hollyhocks, too. When I got mine, they were not labeled, and I wound up with double ones (which don't look right to me) and only white and one red. I want the old-fashioned type in the exact colors you showed us. WOW!
Wow, that is so cool!!! Yes, it definitely cries out to be framed and shown off!
It turned out beautiful! You should join Paintbox Pictures. I love hollyhocks and did have some but not now. Not sure what happened to them.
I love what you did with this photo. It's just beautiful.
Very clever,You deserve a GOLD medal!
I like your treatment of the background.
