The Eskimo has fifty-two names for snow because it is important to them;
there ought to be as many for love.

I always wonder how animals can stand the cold even if they do have fur and hair.
I love the quote.
Excellent!!! Perfect capture. I love horses. MB
Wow, I love this picture. Horses are my favorite subject and this one seems to love to pose for the camera. (or did you also have a carrot?)
Wonderful shots!
Great serie of winter's photos!
I wish to you and yours a WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!
Great captures!
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
Happy holidays.
The snow falling and the black horse make a very nice contrast. Happy New Year.
These are just wonderful images so dramatic yet cute. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
Brrr, he looks cold. Do you think he is? Cold or not, he sure is a beauty!
What a beautiful animal!
And the quote is superb!
The black horse and snow make a great composition. Very nice pictures. I enjoy animal pictures very much.
A beauty of a horse, like black beauty. Great little bits of snow in front of the horse. Last time I saw a horse on a farm it was a boiling hot day in July in Israel; such a contrast!
I love horses, and this one looks to be a big guy! Probably likes the snow too.
