There's something strangely intriguing about an old barn. I have no idea why I love them, but I do!

I love old barns, too. They are always great picture subjects and this one is really neat!
Me too. Old barns like this are hard to find around here. Thank you for sharing yours.
I love them too, they look so misterious and have certainly a lot to tell !
I think this is an awesome shot. I like photos of old barns but this one seems to blend right in with it's surroundings like an old tree that has come to the end of it's cycle.
Since blogging I have become very fond of these old barns... such a shame to see this one on its last legs... but even now theses a charm about the place....
I called bylooking at your Sky Watch post but had to comment on this..

Wow, that looks like a good puff of wind would blow it over. Old barns speak to us of a time gone by I think. Probably an idealized time, but still...

I think old barns are interesting because it looks like they are ready to tell you their story if you just took the time to ask.
I love old barns and this photo is amazing!
Happy New Year!
It's seen better days, huh!?!?!
What a sad old barn. I wonder what great stories it could tell. MB
I know what you mean about old barns. I guess it would take a lengthy essay to explain why they are so special, but suffice it to say that they are intriguing and great photographic subjects. You did an excellent job with this one.
I'm from Wva where we used to see so many old barns with mail pouch on some- but alas they are disappearing .sandy
Lovely shot! There IS something intriguing about them.

I'm the same way. Love these old barns. Great capture.
Like you and the others, I also love old barns. They have so much history.
This is a wonderful photo.
I agree that they are intriguing. I love the look of old wood and rust.
