Red Barns/ SOOC
FYI: If your looking for Shadow Shot Sunday, it's here: http://moreofme24.blogspot.com
On a cold, overcast winter morning, the sun peeked through the clouds and shone on this lovely red farm.

Red goes well with snow.
This is a dramatic shot. I really love it. I checked your new blog too, but couldn't figure out how to leave a comment. I like that version, too.
Gorgeous photo. I can feel the crisp cold air.
Oh now that's a nice barn!!! Nice red barn!!!
I like this one a lot. The colour is perfect.
:D, you can tell where the cattle or animals reside! they put off a lot of heat. Love this barn you really do have some fantiastic shots of barns. I'm gona have to go back to work on barns!
What a bright red color, and it's is enhanced by the white snow. Beautiful EG.

Man oh man oh man!!!! that is the most glorious farm photo---EVER!!!
May I borrow it for my screen background>????? YES!!!!!! MB
Barns seem to be red in many places around the world - so also here in Norway. I was once told that it was because the red pigments were cheap.
PS Thank you for the comment - I was standing(crouching) on the same small quay for all the four shots.
Imagine the gallons of paint it took to cover all of them boards.
Everyone wants a barn that color. That's why there is a paint color called Barn Red.
Another blog? I'll check it out.

That is very, very beautiful. I just love shots like that!!
wow!
the snow and the shadow on the roof makes it so dramatic - I love red barns
I am so envious of this shot. Yesterday we drove for hours looking for an old barn and only found new ones and none were red. I did end up with some nice shots of them moon though so the day wasn't wasted.
That's a cold cold sky.
barns, my favorites and red to boot. Great shot.
This is a mansion! I wonder if you can determine how successful a farmer is by the size of his barn.
