These items are not junk at all - they were made in a era where craftsmanship. Built to last, which is why they still can be sold! Not like the marginal tools, etc you get today, that turn to real junk real fast. A nice view of when quality mattered a lot more...
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Fascinating photo! One man's "junk heap" is another man's "collectibles." I do love that zig-zag pattern in whatever it is.
Perfect for sepia.
Great shot, lots of detauils and contrasts.
Collectibles? Maybe not. good photo. You have a way of making something interesting. MB
I'm not sure what most of those things are for.
Indeed a collection of history and memories! Love antiques!
Great for sepia...I have been sitting looking at old pictures on line and this looks like it could belong with them.
Now that looks like a picture postcard! So much to have ones eyes drell upon -- if only those pieces could talk and tell their story!
love old pieces like that too. There are many stacks like that ouside of old barns and homes where I live
What a wonderful sepia photo!
The simplest things can be so beautiful. There's so much to look at here, wonderful shot!
This is a perfect scene for sepia - super :)
It has a real old time look & feel! Very nice!
Wow, wonderful picture! It's full of details and interest. It works perfectly in sepia.
Buenos Aires Photo
Lovely collection, EG! :)
The textures of these old things all bundled together look wonderful in sepia!
Fantastic Sepia Scene! Perfect. Great detail.
Like Arkansas Pat said: One man's trash is another man's treasure!
Or I guess it should be "One woman's trash..."
I love antiques - is the zig-zag thing part of a saw?
Happy Sepia Scenes!
Patti,
I'm not sure what the zigzag thing is. This was one of several piles out on the lawn and I was interested in the shapes. ;-)
Antiques.. Are one of my passions!
Gorgeous shot EG!

Very rustic and interesting, thanks for sharing EG:)
Beautiful lighting in this shot!
This must be the same shop you showed us before...right? What a goldmine (so to speak) you found there.
Lovely shot!
A pair of tongs, a bee smoker ( I think) - would love going through the pile!
Though all might look pretty jumbled up together. It looks perfect in sepia.
One man's trash might be another man's treasure from what I see :)
really amazing photography. love it.
So many nice old things and perfect in sepia.
I can't give you a coherent reason "why" but I love this photo. The sepia tone makes it perfect.
A good job at sepia-izing, EG! Happy SEpia Scenes and thanks for participating! :)
