How About A Swim/ Watery Wednesday

Last one in is a silly goose!

Last Friday, Canada geese were hanging around the shore of Lake Simcoe in large numbers.

Yes, the geese are still here, and I have no idea how they can stand the water temperature!!!
I love the bells, a couple posts back! The rust is an essential part of their charm!

You would have to be tough to swim on a day like that. It just looks cold.

I liked your title, and It's about friendship as well!
All of them together like a family, and I imagine each one giving positive energies for sharing in this adorable lake. If just one can't swim all "family"helps and support him!
Wonderful post!

Love this one! It makes me wonder if those are the geese that we will see here a few weeks from now on their stop over on the way further south.

A very nice, restful scene...but I think it's probably too cold to swim except for Candadian Geese!

Neat shot, EG. One by one they go, no mad dash to see who the silly goose will be. MB

I think they have been a little fooled with he weather we have been having. Although some think this is south enough!

'Tis a bit chilly for a swim! But lovely to watch them...
Thank you for visiting My Muskoka !

I think it might be a little cold for a swim -- perhaps the water is warmer than the air. It's a great picture, though.

I love your title here! What a fabulous scene. Geese are such amazing birds and you captured and titled them well! Love it!

It looks too cold for me, but those Geese probably do not mind the cold water. Great photo.

Hmmm...I couldn't reply to the sepia post, so I will do it here.

I like both shots, but I love the gritty look of the sepia shot. You can feel the texture.
