Cute shot. Driving in and around Ocala, you'll find lots of such animals in front yards...horses, especially. The city has developed around horse farms/ranches.
Re Stone Creek - So far, they've sold about 800 homes...build-out is to be 4,000. It's been slow for a few years, but is picking up now.
Having grown up in Wisconsin, "America's Dairyland," I learned how to do a great cow sound imitation! Our girls get a real bang out of it when I do it! Mooooooo
Quite a charming one! In our area it's also very common to be crossing a "urban" stretch and then all of a sudden you're facing farms and cattle... :) God bless you! Cezar
We get deer, opossum, rabbits, and ground hogs, but no, I haven't seen a cow wandering down the streets here. She looks like she could be in a Far Side cartoon, making commentary.
It seems like a friendly cow. I had an experience once when I was on my way to work. When I opened my frontdoor I just stared right into a Highland Cattle bulls eye, the distance where 40 cm, I was so scared that I just shut the door. But he was friendly too and followed my husband back to the pasture (or what it´s called in English).Have a nice day!
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Good one. It might be convenient to have a cow around!
He looks like a friendly sort. Valerie
Looks like Bessy was interested in your camera as well.

Isn't that the truth! sometimes its Moo over so I can get by.
I love the provincial look in the country. The cow looks like he wants to be a model before going to the vouchers hehe. just kidding. Great shots.

Yep, out in the country you never know what or who might be in the yard. Tends to be horses and goats here. MB
Better in a photo than beside me!
I love the framing! I'd love to be greeted by a moo when I get home and all that fresh milk!

Looks like she was coming to greet you.
Great capture, EG!

Cows are great greeters. :D We have a few roaming around our place. This one looks to be quite healthy and well fed.
Love it :)
