It was a warm June evening on Cook's Bay, Lake Simcoe, Ontario, when the ducks slipped into the water and headed westerly.

the end of the day from work. This is the photo made me feel " Rest and relax "
Thank you
I could sit on that lovely bench and watch the ducks for ages. I think the little ones are so cute the way they follow Momma everywhere.

I love the orange and silver bands of colors in the water, so beautiful (and romantic:) )
It has not been hot yet, 20 min. from Californian beach...

I think all souls, ducks included, were more interested in watching the sun set than taking a dip.
Love the comp.
What a cool shot. Send this to VP for his Bunch of Benches blog.
So, who's the young lady watching the ducks?
Re your comment on Stone Creek - yes, we have lots of sand. Lot of sand on Florida beaches. You will also find many people in Florida with heads full of sand (and nothing else!)
Such a glorious view across shimmering waters! Delightful!
It looks as if it's a perfect evening for a swim (if your a duck!). Beautiful sunset.
contemplating... lovely shot!
Happy Wednesday!
Love it, EG. Took me just a second to notice the ducks.

Such a lovely evening on the water. Terrific photo.
I love so much about this shot. The ducks heading off into the sunset, the person to add a little extra life into the shot and the great resting bench in silhouette. Love it.
I thought the lady is contemplating to take a dip. Ah...the ducks!
But I would also enjoy sitting on the bench watching the sun go down!
What a beautiful shot and marvellous bench to enjoy it from.
