We have forget me nots too. I love them, and that is why I go to the mountains to see them. Your Macro is really nice. http://annkschin.blogspot.com/2009/06/sunday-stills-wild-flowers.html
Forget me nots..I let them grow where ever they want to grow. Pick some for a small bouquet to brighten my breakfast table. Lovely flowers and pictures.
These flowers have a special meaning to me as they grew at my grandfather's house when I was very little. Great memory. The "macro" was a great idea for these!
These are flowers not easily forgotten. It is pretty wet around here too at the moment so I'll probably be able to find some :-)
PS Thank you for the comments! The photo of the ceiling was taken standing "as usual" I used a Canon G11 which has a screen at the rear that can be tilted and swivelled to almost any position. That makes for some interesting possibilities.
First I want to apologize for being so slow making it around, my son got married over the weekend and the extra house guests involved have made me a little slower than usual.
I rarely see forget-me-nots but always love stumbling on them. Lovely captures!
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

I've tried to grow these without success. Such a dainty flower.
Gorgeous forget me not! Your photos are beautiful.
Sweet! I think Forget-me-nots were used in lots of Victorian designs.

Nobody will forget you if you keep posting such beautiful photos of flowers!
Nicely done! I wish I have more flowers in my garden to photograph, but I am really not much of a gardener! :( so thanks for sharing yours with us!
These are native wildflowers here in England, but I understand they have escaped in other places and naturalised themselves!
I love them. SO pretty - we have quite a lot in our garden, where (of course) they grow bigger and stronger than in the wild.
what a smashing photo, I love macro shots.
