Amazing. I would have never guessed that behind the photograph was a building grand enough to be called a civic center. From this vantage point, it looks like you could drive for miles and not see a soul.
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Some times it hard to give up these wonderful "wilds" for progress. You photo lets us enjoy them while we can.
Thank you for sharing a bit of your world. I always enjoy the peace and quiet of your photos.
The tree is very graceful, almost as if getting ready to do a pirouette.
What a peaceful place it appears to be! Great photo!
Looks very much like that brief time when Autumn is in process of leaving and winter is in process of entering...
Nicely done, EG!
Our daughter in doing well and we're back home and the sun is shining and things are looking up! Thank you for your concern!
It's a lovely scene. Too bad we have to crowd so much unto our planet.
My, what a big sky you have.
It does look so very peaceful. Thanks!
So where can I sign a protest. It is so sad the loss of land. MB
Beautiful and calm scenery there, and the tree silhouette is a beautiful detail!

I really like this picture. It's a shame that this scene will soon be gone forever.
