Frost on red leaves on raspberry (Rubus) plant
In mid Autumn, the leaves on raspberry plants turn bright red. Here the morning frost looks a lot like sugar or salt.

Brrrrrr... Feels very cold! And I also saw your beautiful picture of the first snow over there! Well, I guess I even prefer snow than cold rain at + 3 Celsius...
God bless you!

These look sugar-coated, too. Beautiful.
Fall begins but full of colors:)
Thanks for sharing.
Have a great Sunday

It has been a glorious Autumn.
The rains have come though so......slog slog slog. MB
Very lovely photo, I like frost picture, even tho is means winter is just around the corner.
wow! really, really pretty. what a great vibrant red, love it!
So very lovely! Haven't seen frost for a long time, but a couple of times here in Colorado I've been out scraping the car windshield!
That's a beautiful shot of the raspberry leaves with frost. We had our first hard freeze last night but I couldn't make myself get dressed to go outside to shoot the frost before the sun warmed it. Oh well, hopefully next time I won't be so lazy.
Lovely photos!
Thanks for stoppping by my blog and leaving a sweet comment.
Lovely, frosted, red leaves! I'm ignoring yesterday's snow posting - I'm just not ready for winter yet! Ha!
Gorgeous color of these red raspberry leaves!
They look so crisp. Wonderful photograph.
Raspberries and sugar. Mmm. They look good enough to eat.
What a beautiful sight! I never thought to look at the Raspberry leaves when it got cold way back when I was growing up.
Great shot. Really defining the season.
So lovely! I should check my raspberry plants. My oak leaf hydrangea is beginning to turn red.
This is a beautiful picture. It's hard to believe frost can look so good.
The frost looks like sugar. Love the deep and burnt red color.
I'm never up early enough to take pix of the frost before it melts at this time of year! Love the red leaves.
A light dusting of frost is better than snow! Lovely red colours, the colours of fall are gorgeous!
