Very beautiful, i can just scrape it for my shake! Frost is alien to us, and we go to snowparks just to feel how cold is cold, so we can relate to fellow humans living in your situations, haha!
Father Christmas has looked more or less like that for a long, long time (old engravings show him just like that but with a darker red. So the brighter red is probably imported from Coca Cola land).
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

That is an interesting (if temporary) yard sculpture! You have a great eye!
Frost is nature's art and who can compete with that?!
You both remind and inspire me! Frost is fascinating!
Isn't that interesting. I would not have thought to capture this.
Me, too. We don't get frost, often, but I find it fascinating, too. Great photo.
Those are really big crystals. I love how the ice is a new subject every day.
That is particularly fascinating frost. I thought it was fancy sugar on a fancy truffle, at first! Very nifty shot.
Man that makes me feel cold.
Frost and rust: what an intriguing combination!
Rust (and frost) never sleeps.
Wonderful detail and light of the frost!
It looks like a pastry!
Kate's right, I was thinking piece of cake!
Jack Frost is a master artist. :)
Round The Bend

I love this ..

Amazing photograph!
At first I thought it was a rough cookie covered with canded sugar :-) frost always amazes!
Beautiful photo, love the colours in the background and the contrast between the rust and the frost...
your frost looks like sugar
You caught something very usual in a new amazing way: you can feel the frost...
Fantastic frost picture!
Hey, that looks really good!

Looks like a tasty delight, like crystallized sugar over a bit of chocolate! Very nice! Wishing you a Merry Christmas! Cathy
This reminds me of a layered chocolate cake with fancy icing! How clever is Nature! Beautiful photo!
If there is one thing I shudder at is the thought of my warm skin touching frozen metal!! Fantastic photo tho.
My Macro Monday Link Do stop by for a visit if you can find time. Happy Holidays!
Magical! You got such a great shot of the frost.

Beautiful in its simplicity. I like it.
That's exactly what Jack Frost's girlfriend said. That's not, however, what Robert Frost's girlfriend said. She was mad 'cause he lost his warmth!
Seriously, I do like the frost on the nut.
Have a great day!
Sugar or salt crystals---it is fascinating. Great close-up. MB
That is amazing. Spectacular job with that capture.
It looks like a tasty cake ;-)
WOW, FROST FOREVER! Well, until spring comes which it must for the sake of our sanity!
The frost looks so much like tiny crystals. Nicely done.
Gorgeous photo!
I'm a new follower from macro monday.
