Mostly Cloudy/ Nature Notes

Some snow, some rain, some just plain overcast

Time to start popping vitamin D tablets here as we sure are NOT getting any vitamin D from the sun!

I love your title. I haven't been doing Nature Notes, because it's been so dreary outside. We've had no snow thus far.

Your three photos are lovely - I especially like the bottom right - snow on ferns?

Brr! We've got snow too!
Loved your pics! And as Leora, the snow on ferns is my favourite!
Thanks for sharing;o)

snow makes everything so pretty
too bad it can be a nuisance for shoveling and getting around

Your snowfall amount and weather look similar to ours in central New England. Looking forward to deep snow.

You said it!!!
We don't have any snow but it is Gray! Gray! gray. An occasional patch of blue to lust over. It sure gets a person down---this year for me anyway.

Beautiful shots. MB

Looking at this, we can take our bad weather much better!

That weather map does not look good! And it looks a lot colder where you are than it does here...warmed up almost 60 today! Whoopee! Lost some of our plants, though.

Cloudy yucky days are often good for photography as you know...'cause you make good use of them quite often! Like these photos show.

Oh, boy, I'm glad I came to TX this winter. It was quite warm today!! I don't miss the snow one iota. The photo of the snow covered ferns really spoke to me. A lovely capture. ~karen

We pop Vitamin D even when we do have the sun!
Yes, the snow on the fern nicely defines the shape -
good shot!

Beautiful winter shots but vitamin D is a good idea. It's a mess here today. Snow switched to freezing rain and I just hope we keep power.

We have the same landscapes and lack of sun down here.

All very pretty photos. We've had some snow here but not so much as other places.
