Possibly more green grass to be seen after yesterday's torrential rain, but it actually SNOWED today! Yikes! Spring, where are you? Another lovely scene captured by Ms EG.
What a lot of wonderful layers and textures. This shot almost looks like it could be a painting. I hope that some greenery and color arrives soon in your parts.
There's a Maya Lin installation on the UM campus called "wave field (http://www.engin.umich.edu/newscenter/feature/ncart/wavefield0/index.html) that this reminds me of.
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.

The rolling hills convey a sense of peace.

With all that water, the landscape should be greening up soon. Such a pretty variety of textures and depth. Painterly!
It won't be long now...this will all soon be festooned with greens and blues and browns...
Love the shot...excellent composition and a beautiful area!
Like a painting for framing! Great capture!
Another beauty! Soon we will see all the world green.
Great layers in your shot - and you are WAY ahead of us on the march to greeness!
Yes, I think you do!
I like the cattails and their reflection in this, all beige and light blue with ripples!
I do see green grass, and we actually have some here too.
B.
I really like this, EG!
Gorgeous photo. So many layers and textures to enjoy.
Yes, I'm sure I see a hint of green. The scene is beautiful.
It's a pretty scene even if you do have to look hard to see a sign of spring.
Beautiful shot, I live the rolling hills!
