Nice one! And it probably looks much the same today - it is so warm.
When I see these pictures.... I just got a feeling that I would like to sit there on the quayside and dangle my legs.... but-- ups.. so bitter cold I guess.. :))))
You got deserted right and I like those wavy reflections. Does Cook's Bay freeze over? I suppose so or they'd leave the boats in the water, right?
I love water reflections.
The images does seem to say "waiting for spring".

Great capture. Simple things are usually the most difficult to photograph well...
