MELTING icicles - Fenelon Falls, Ontario
Here in Ontario, MELT is a luscious word, especially in February. Drip does not begin with M but it's a delicious sound. MMMM good!

Świetne zdjęcia. Chciałabym żeby u nas też już topniał lód i śnieg, ale jakoś nie chce :-(. Pozdrawiam. *** Great pictures. We would like to have a melting ice and snow, but I do not want :-(. Regards.
Brrrrr!!! It just looks so cold. I bet you do love the sound of that melting ice. We had some early snow it disappeared and so far mild weather. Unless Winter rears it's ugly head again---SPRING IS HERE. I am such an optimist. MB
makes for some pretty images.
Even with our little snowfall the other day, it's starting to melt here today.
Ice does have a lot of beauty to it.
Is it the spring thaw already? We have hardly had any winter so far here in my part of Texas!
Does it mean that spring is about to come back?! i like the patterns of ice when it's melting!
There is something very beautiful about melting ice. I love these shots.
Exceptional photos. Love how you captured the designs. Intriguing.

These are such great shots. I'm looking forward to a three day weekend, and I really want to go walk out in my pasture and see if I can find some ice/melting.
Hi Tina
I love this 'm' word and hope everything is melted and gone by the time we get back in March.

Gorgeous photos! I am glad we don't have to deal with that all the time but your photos do make snow look wonderful.
Hello.
We recently had some snow, but nothing this extreme. Snow is beautiful when it falls, but I don't like having to clean it or shovel it.
Awesome photos!
Thanks for sharing.

Oh, brrrr! But at least things are melting. We drove over to Cedar Key today and I must have seen at least 10 Ontario cars! What's going on? Why are all these Ontarions coming down here? Don't they know it's too cold here? :-)
Oh what yuMMy pictures of Melting:)
There is something special about the drip of snow and ice.
It's a bit drippy outside right now and all I can say is HOORAY!
More ice, I am starting to think that it is very cold where you are!
Ice can make some beautiful photographs.
I suspect you still have a few more months of Winter ahead.
Oh these are beautiful! I am amazed to see so many wonderful posts tonight! Thank you for sharing!
Nice ice!
Looks like things are going to get very wet around there!
Melting icicles is good in my world too. Beautiful photos!
We are melting here in the Rocky Mountains also and I couldn't be happier!
Brrrr!!!
These photos look very Majestic...
Melt was such a Magnificent word during My days in Ohio...
But out here in AZ, Melt generally refers to the Molton lava-like heat Melting our skin... ((winkwink))
Thanks for linking to the letter "M"!
A+
We had snow here in Tucson on Tuesday, but it melted as soon as it hit the ground! I was grateful!!
Oh yes, I remember it too! That wonderful first drip drip that signals the possibility of sap and sugar bushes and maybe....spring...
I love all the designs and patterns! I can imagine that melt and drip are luscious words to you!
Reminds me of the time we visited friends in Northern California in the Summer. We were excited to see snow high in the mountains. In fact the kids were joyously playing in it. Our (adult) friends simply grunted. You see, the previous Winter had been their first and they had had to hand shovel more than 8 feet of snow!
