Hundreds and hundreds of birds!
B is for BIRDS
Is it just me or is anyone else thinking Alfred Hichcock?
Migrating blackbirds
Last week my husband and I were on a roadtrip when we saw THIS crossing the highway and...
More migrating blackbirds
THIS flying overhead. The good news is NONE of these birds was violent.

WOW - that's amazing! I bet you know which Hitchcock movie comes to mind :)
Camera Girl you were right in the middle. I hope you had your raincoat on when these birds were flying over:-)
In response to your comment on my blog:
I have a personal page for family and friends - I mainly post about my ailing parents and my new grandson.
This page that I've linked to on my blog is my Kreations by Kerri page - so nothing really personal - just sharing images etc.
Amazing. So cool that you captured it with your camera.
They know you are a friend so you were safe, for now.
We sometimes get these flocks. They're amazing to see.
Oh wow, Kinda scary, like 'The Birds'. Great shots, and good timing having your camera ready at all times.
YIKES, I am thinking Thousands of BIRDS and Hitchcock all the way. I have always been afraid of birds, and when the movie came out, silly me went to see it. YIKES again
Wow! Impressive and a bit scary at the same time. :)

Blackbirds, blackbirds bake 'em in a pie...
i saw my first 'black cloud' of them here on monday and said 'oh, no! there goes our birdseed budget!'
wow, that's lots of birds! I love seeing big flocks like that. I never saw Hitchcock's film.
The way those large flocks of birds move in the sky is magical but I do remember the movie too.
Haha, Hitchcock was the *first* thing I thought of! Amazing (oh, there's that Hitchcock movie out now too:)

I would have loved to have seen this in person!
DUCK and run or stay in the car...haha
Great Shots. I am really not afraid
of birds, I have two of my own, but
that would bother me to be under
so many.. "splat" would bother me
more....
Happy Holidays

Incredible. I love to see birds flock together like that. I even enjoy researching afterward what the name is for the action for the specific species when I've witnessed it.
Fantastic shots of the 'birds' ~ wonderful for 'B' ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^

Darla
Ooo, kinda creepy! I can just see them crashing against the windows! Maybe they're flying because of the new movie coming out about Hitchcock!
Love your second pic! I miss seeing migrating birds!
Oh my gosh. That's crazy!!
and kinda wonderful
=)
Great photos! I have always been fascinated by the sight of migrating birds!
These shots remind me of the movie by Alfred Hitchcock - The Birds. Really like these!
These bold birds do make me shiver, just a bit.
I watched that old movie a few months ago. It still scared me.
Thanks for linking.
A+
The day before my brother died I saw crows, thousands upon thousands in the trees, on roof tops , in the yards, covering everything like black crepe, there was not a spot left exposed.
God has a way of giving us a heads-up.
