These photos really express the temperature on the day you took them. Otherwise it was pretty darn COLD!
I remember icicles. Dangerous things, sometimes. I'll be that water is colder than a well digger's ... something or other!

I love the contrast between the icicle lines and the wave lines, almost completely perpendicular. Love the hues, too. And I always love ice pictures.
