Dripping off a dock
Windy weather on a freezing day splashed water onto the dock, some of which froze as it dripped back into the lake. Yep, it's too early for icicles but I loved their reflection in the water.

Looks cold. Did you see that Russian guy who took photos of snow flakes on his balcony? If not check them out here:

Winter's teeth.

Nice pic, I sure wouldn't want to be walking on that surface or you might end up in the nice cold water.
A beautiful capture!

Brrrrrrrrrrrrr! Much too early for ice, even if it is creative.

You are making me feel c-c-c-cold. Now where did I pack away those fleecy long johns......
Beautiful! You've been sharing your cold air with us. It's freezing here right now too, but I don't have those beautiful icicles to enjoy.
HI eG Those shots are fantastic. I cannot believe how long tose icicles are.
really great ripples in that water!
Love the wavy icicle reflections in the water.
What a photos. Beautiful!!!
impressive icicles and lovely reflections. Not that cold here yet,
Brrrrr that looks extremely cold---wind off the water--not too fun. Great photo op though. MB
Makes me feel cold but they are beautiful.
you've got me shivering too - I'm going off for a hot cup of tea!

Terrific, "chilly" reflections for the day, EG!! What great shots, hoped you stayed warm!! Enjoy your weekend!!
Well I was complaining of the cold in Brittany this morning, but, it is still a very warm place, I guess... All this ice make me chill, brrrrr !
But the reflection is awesome, and we are lucky you didn't decide to stay home that very day... ^^

Very nice reflection. Thank you for your visiting on my blog.
Way too early but a great capture, EG!
Cool in more ways than one.
I just looked at the weather forecast and Sunday's high is 31F with a low of 18F and 23 mph wind. I might go over to the lake to try for similar reflections. :-)
I love this shot. The wavy reflections are really special.
Lovely reflections!
My first thought on seeing icecles was ALREADY? We had some unusually fierce winds here last night but it isn't cold.
Darla
I'm looking forward to seeing many more!
Beautiful photo. I noticed the same thing on the dam yesterday. The wind was blowing the water onto the railing and it froze. I was surprised to see that this early but it was cold. Have a great weekend.
Oh Gosh, has it come to this already?! :)
Beautiful shot, though!

What a breathtaking sight. We ARE HAVING OUR FIRST COLD SPELL TODAY, BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS. THANK GOODNESS!
What an excellent icicle reflection.
oh my...I am not ready for that many icicles no matter how cool the reflection looks.
Cool shots- and I have to say BRRR!
We are supposed to be getting some of the white stuff on Sunday..we shall see if it's white, or ice.
B-r-r-r-r!
Beautiful, but cold!
oh my! Is it that cold there already? Love the icicles and beautiful reflections.
I love the reflection.
Love that first shot!!! Even if it is much too early for icicles...
Wow, those are pretty big icicles for November. Great shots and that reflection is awesome
Brrrrrrrr...
Bit icicles do have something to them!
God bless you!

A wonderful capture...really excellent ...
It's cool here on the coast, but when the sun comes out it is nice. Puddles freeze at night, here at sea level, but melt if the sun reaches them. The high country is a different story. I bet there's lots of icicles up there. - Margy
