Back to the Future

Bee luxuriating in pollen - Remember summer?

Since today is the first full day of winter, it seems like a positive idea (for many of us) to look back to summer 2013. OR ahead to summer 2014.

I am joining I Heart Macro HERE.

Boy, does this fellow look comfy. What a great capture. It is one of those one-os-a-kind shots. Love the pink tones. Merry Christmas. genie

This is a great shot. I never realized how the bees carried their pollen until I started doing macro photography. Nature is so amazing, and this bee looks as if he is making the best of all his little sandpapery spots to carry the pollen.

Well, I'll bee darned! Summer? We've got it. Should get to 85 F today! But cooling down later in the week. That's probably why I see so many Ontario cars on Ocala's roadways!

I'm looking forward to the flowers and bees too. It seems it is over only too quickly. Thanks for the view of the fuzzy bee working away.
