I love how you captured the reflections of the buildings in the water.

Nice weather for photographs, but not for boating.

No boats going out today. The ice looks so slick - I'm sure it is.

That is so pretty. You just don't see scenes like that down here. I remember those boathouses from Minnesota. I can still smell them - that dank, musty smell. Loved it!

A gorgeous shot. I assume this was taken much earlier in the season since that ice doesn't look anywhere near ready togo out on

I almost expected a car to come out of that boathouse/"garage" :-)

Looks like something fun to slide on (if I were a kid) or ice skate on.

I feel cold just by looking at your picture... But the reflection is so charming... Nicely done, dear.

Am here for WR, but the transparent ice on the water also intrigues me!

Oooh. Before I read your caption, I thought hey it's melting. I'll stay in the car if you don't mind.

I would not want to walk across there! I can see broken limbs happening.

Thanks for the reply about the books you are reading.

That is really pretty. At first I thought it was a parking lot/driveway all iced over. :)

It seems like a house boat...very nice captured...

Nice clear ice and a beautiful reflection. Our lake ice is covered with snow, so there will be no reflectiosn from there any time soon.

When I look at this photo I think of the phrase "skating on thin ice."
