I seldom see horses around here anymore let along horses with a coat.
It's like a horsey fashion show! :)
Sometimes it gets cold here so people do put blankets on their horses. Not their cows, though, which I think is nothing less than sheer discrimination! ;)
In the first shot, I know what that horse is thinking, but I'm going to keep it a secret. A very handsome horse, btw!

Is it just me, or is there a silhouette on that horse's forehead? The nose pointing upwards, between the eye and the ear. And earmuffs on the silhouette...

I wonder just how much they notice the cold...I always do. I bet they have really felt the cold this winter.
It is good to see the owners are taking such good care of these horse with their blankets on their backs and to have sunshine to keep them warm somewhat. Great captures!

This has been such a hard winter for the animals. I just went out and put a warm coat over my Millie goat. Great pictures.
They definitely seem to be enjoying the fresh air!
