Balcony

 Fence around balcony, Newmarket

I spotted this fence on a street close to the centre of town. It would be a great place to stand and wave at you adoring crowds, dontcha think?

Longer view

I am linking to Good Fences HERE.

This is certainly one place that fence is needed.

I can't imagine actually using that balcony for anything..it does add a unique feature to an otherwise bland looking front. It would be a perfect spot to watch a parade!

That is neat. I like the house too.

The curve is a surprising view. I think it would be fun to have a house with a balcony. Visiting from Good Fences 5.

I would stand there and wave with you:):) Hug B

I'd wave back at you!

To live there one would have to practice their aristocratic wave.

Lol, yes it would. Alternatively a Romeo could serenade a Juliet (or the other way round, one has to live with one's times). I hope they put some pretty flowers there in the summer!

Pretty!!! I have it pictured in my mind now a royal family outside on the balcony waving to their 'subjects'.

it makes for a decorative fascade and no doubt the occupants might like to open that door and get some good fresh air inside too

I'll join you and Buttons on the balcony...dressed appropriately of course!

Definitely. Like royalty. :) That house is right 'on the street' too! I guess it would make a good fire escape as well. Have a great day!

That is a lovely balcony, I could do the royal wave from there and pretend I was a princess, or more like the dowager duchess, lol :)

A lovely home and I like the balcony. On a humorous side, it would make it easy for a young man to elope with his beloved! :-D

Cute little round balcony. Looks like someplace a princess would stand and wave to her subjects.

A great place for dropping water bombs on any people knocking on the door.

I'm thinking I would kind of like a little balcony like that. It reminds me of Europe.

I don't know about adoring crowds, but it's a great place to watch a parade from!

That would be fun! Of course, I probably wouldn't have very many fans to wave to.
